Becker's Ashley Mossey was chosen by the leagues coaches as the 2013 New England Collegiate Conference (NECC) Women's Lacrosse Player of the Year. The junior midfielder led the Hawks with 26 goals and two assists in five league games. Mossey won 25 draw controls and caused three turnovers leading Becker to a 4-1 conference record.

Regis' Sam Salamone earned NECC Rookie of the Year honors. In five conference games, the first year midfielder scored 26 goals, tallied seven assists, while picking up 23 ground balls, 37 draw controls, and ten caused turnovers.

Freshman Becker goalie Shelby Wicks went 4-1 in league play, earning a 7.80 goals against average on her way to being named NECC Goalkeeper of the Year. Wicks made 41 saves in five league games for a save percentage of .512.

Regis head coach Liz Conant was voted Coach of the Year after leading her team to a perfect 5-0 mark in conference play.

Bay Path has been honored with the league's Sportsmanship Award. NECC all-conference selections are determined by a vote of the conference coaches.
